Mr. Siscoe was very close to the football program at RPHS in the late 1960s when I was on the varsity. I saw him several years ago at an inventment seminar and thanked him again for supporting out 1968 undefeated team.....he said he did not think anyone would remember. He was a kind, generous man and sought no recognition in return.
Bob was a tremendous asset to this community and I'll always treasure our time together and his wisdom. Bob was perhaps the biggest all-around sports fan in our Muskegon area. So glad that I knew this man and he'll be sorely missed.
I was lucky enough to have known this kind hearted man. His love for his family was huge. Whenever his referred to his family he would say “My Donna” or “My Cheri” and so on.... now he can be reunited with “his Donna”. To Bob’s family and friends my heart goes out to you for your loss.
My father, Al Zuidema, and his brothers used to pick up cars for Bob. They also brought all of their cars from his. They respected him.
So sorry for the families loss. My memories go back to growing up on the same street and we kids going to school together and our parents involvement in the same little church. He has made a great contribution to family and community and will be surely missed!
So sorry for your loss,, he was a great man who cared about everyone he came in contact with...He lived a good long life and left a Mark on the Muskegon Community...Thoughts and prayers to his Family Especially Cheryl and Linda
