I rarely had a conversation with Bob. Rather, I was more of an "eavesdropper" on chats he and Neal had. And what chats they were ... on any topic ... Rose (of course), fishing, the parrot !!, archery, religion, priests, Canada trips, kids, food, politics, business. What a delight it was to see and hear a couple of buddies just touching base, shooting the breeze. They could solve the world's problems.
