Mr. Robert Carlyle Zavitz's Obituary
Mr. Robert Carlyle Zavitz, also known as” Ungabunga”, age 61, passed away August 23, 2015 at a local care facility. He was born March 6, 1954 to Merritt and Gloria (Sietz) Zavitz in Muskegon. Bob was a Muskegon High School graduate and had been a commercial and residential painter for many years. He always liked to incorporate his trademark “Z” into his work. He is survived by his daughter, Heather; 2 grandsons, Dontae Ontwain Chandler and Dovantay Robert Chandler; sisters, Jody Zavitz, Bernadine Magner, and Pauline Hayes; brothers, Laurie Zavitz and Bart Zavitz; and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to express special thanks for the care Bob received at Northcrest Assisted Living Center. A Memorial Celebration of his life will be held 1:00 PM Sunday, September 13, 2015. @ 3075 Strand Rd. N. Muskegon, MI 49445
