Roberta "Robin" Castrogiovanni's Obituary
Mrs. Roberta “Robin” Castrogiovanni, age 65, of Robinson Twp. went home to be with her Savior Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at home. She was born in Paris, France to Jack and Ethel Jean (Hemple) O’Niel. She married Philip “Billy Rome” Castrogiovanni and were blessed to be married for over 30 years until he passed away April 2, 2014. Robin and Phil lived and worked in New York City until moving to their family vacation spot here in West Michigan 12 years ago.
Robin was a faithful member of Robinson Baptist Church. She was tenacious in all that she did. Robin was a talented singer, a former computer programmer and instructor, and a well-known chef. She will be very missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her two brothers, Gaetano “Guy” (Julie) Ingrassia of West Olive, George O’Niel, of Texas; two special nieces and nephews, Sal, and Abri Ingrassia. She was preceded in death by her mom, and stepfather, Ethel Jean and Tom Ingrassia, dad, Jack; and brother, Jack O’Niel.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Robinson Baptist Church with Pastor Timothy L. Kitchen officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 – 11:00 AM at church. Interment will take place in Robinson Twp. Cemetery. Memorial contributions in memory of Robin may be given to Robinson Baptist Church or Hospice of North Ottawa Community.
