Robert C. "Rob" Lynn's Obituary
Mr. Robert C. “Rob” Lynn, age 75, passed away Sunday afternoon, April 11, 2010. He was born August 9, 1934 in Muskegon to Hugh and Velma (Shull) Lynn. Mr. Lynn was a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the Holton American Legion. He worked for CWC Textron for 10 years before retiring, and also as a freelance carpenter. Mr. Lynn was an active member of Twin Lake United Methodist Church. On September 10, 1955 he married the former Patricia Falbo in Muskegon and she survives him along with 3 children, Diana (Greg) Lindsay of Muskegon, Bobby Lynn of Hamilton, MI, Pam (Scott) Tice of Muskegon; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Paul (Diane) Lynn, Larry Lynn; 2 sisters, Betty (Richard) Stansberry, Judy (Jerry) Sorrenson; and many nieces and nephews. SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Thursday at Twin Lake United Methodist Church with Rev. R. Paul Doherty officiating. Burial will be in East Dalton-Oakhill Cemetery. VISITATION will be from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Wednesday at The Sytsema Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Ave. (231) 726-5210.
