Robert E. Reynolds' Obituary
Mr. Robert E. “Bob” Reynolds, age 85, went to be with his Lord Saturday, July 23, 2011 at his home. He was born on December 11, 1925 to William and Louise (Paquette) Reynolds in Muskegon. He was a member of Lakeside United Methodist Church and Faith United Methodist Church in Ft. Meyers Florida. Bob also held memberships with the Elks, Eagles, Vikings and American Legion. In his free time he enjoyed traveling, bird watching, listening to music and golfing. On July 9, 1948 he married Virginia Goodwin in Muskegon. She survivors him along with 1 brother, Jack Reynolds of Muskegon, sister, Betty Jane Kleyn of Norton Shores, sisters-in-law, Lydia Reynolds of Norton Shores, Maurine Cordes of Grand Haven, Kathleen Goodwin of Muskegon along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, William, sister-in-law, Phyllis Reynolds and brother-in-law, Dirk Kleyn. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 11 AM Thursday, July 28, 2011 at Lakeside United Methodist Church with Rev. Steve Weinberger officiating. VISITATION will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers please consider Lakeside United Methodist Church or Harbor Hospice. Final resting place will be Restlawn Cemetery.
