I know "Swanny" from my job at Brookhaven. He was such an important part of our lives - staff and residents alike. Underneath his gruff manner and sometimes "colorful" language was a soft heart, a helping hand and a wonderful friend. He was the extra member of the activity department. With his office just next door, he was the one we turned to when carts needed tune-ups, to get opinions and ideas or just to talk. I miss him, but I'm so glad I had the opportunity to know him.##imported-begin##Aletta Hepworth##imported-end##
