Robert J. "Bob" Majeski's Obituary
Mr. Robert J. “Bob” Majeski, age 65, passed away at home on Saturday evening, February 28, 2004 following a lengthy illness. He was born August 9, 1938 in Muskegon to Walter V. and Antonella M. (Perkoski) Majeski and lived his entire life in the area. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Prior to retirement, he worked as a wood pattern maker for L & L Pattern and previously for Norton Pattern. He was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. On February 24, 1962, he married the former Sandra K. Smith in Muskegon and she survives him along with 2 children, Alan (Daughn) Majeski of Norton Shores and Kathy (Paul) Kuharevicz of Muskegon; 6 grandchildren, Nathan and Andrea Majeski, Keith, Dean, Neil and Glen Kuharevicz; his mother, Antonella Majeski of Muskegon; and 1 sister, Jeanne (Mel) Peterman of Twin Lake. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Majeski and his sister, Patricia Anderson. THE FUNERAL LITURGY will be celebrated 11:00 AM Thursday, March 4, 2004 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Mark F. Bauer presiding. VISITATION with Bob’s family will be 6-9 PM Wednesday at The Walburn Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 1547 W. Sherman Blvd., (231) 759-8565. The Rosary will be prayed at 6:15 PM.
