Rodolfo "Rudy" Fierros' Obituary
Mr. Rodolfo Fierros, age 62 passed away Saturday, October 28, 2006, at an area hospital. He was born February 16, 1944 in San Antone, Texas, to Leonides and Constancia (Morales) Fierros. “Rudy” has lived in this area since the age of 2. He served his Country proudly during the Vietnam War as a member of the United States Air Force. On November 22, 1974, Rudy married the former Sue C. Davis in Muskegon. On March 1, 2006 Mr. Fierros retired from the Geerpress Inc. after more than 38 years of service, most recently as the material controls manager. Rudy’s family was number 1 in his life. He had a great love for his wife, children and his grandchildren.
He also enjoyed golfing very much and was a member of Lincoln Golf Course. He was a member of the Michigan Purchasers Association and attended Kainay Community Church. Rudy is SURVIVED by his wife of nearly 32 years, Sue; his 5 children, Kelly (Mark) Kinne of Battle Creek , Michael (Sheri) Fierros of Muskegon, Matthew (Kimberly) Fierros of Norton Shores, Todd (Sarah) Monroe of Rockford, and Tirza (Steve) Fierros-Snuffer of Norton Shores; 11 Grandchildren, Adam Kinne, Corey Fierros, Rudy Fierros, Nathan Fierros, Emilio Fierros, Braxton Snuffer, Renee Kinne, Gracie Snuffer, Olivia Monroe, Mateo Fierros and Jillian Monroe; 2 Brothers, Richard (Connie) Fierros of Muskegon and Arthur (Roberta) Fierros of Saginaw; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister Olga Lopez, in 1995. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 11AM Wednesday, November 1, 2006, at
