He graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Metallurgical Engineering. He enjoyed long term employment with several companies including American Seating, and ODL,Inc where he finished his career as West Coast Operations manager in San Marcos, CA. He and his wife took great joy in finding the perfect gift for each family member, spoiling us during the holidays. And not to forget, Roger and his best Bud, Bruce Liefer, founded the “Stupid Talk Boyz Club” which took place weekly at Clover Bar. He was an avid collector of many things and loved spending his summer Saturdays at car shows including support for Cars for Cancer each year.
