Roger H. Keck's Obituary
Roger H. Keck, age 73, passed away Friday, April 22, 2016. He was born March 28, 1943 in Muskegon to Herbert and Doreda (Ober) Keck. Roger was a 20 year veteran of the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam Era. He had also worked as a car salesman and insurance salesman for many years. Roger was a man of faith and served as a faithful member of Wolf Lake United Methodist Church. He was well loved and will be dearly missed. All of his treasures had names. On June 23, 1962 he married Donna E. Haight in Muskegon and she survives him along with 5 children: Constance (Jeffery) Carney of Muskegon, Terry (Vanessa) Keck of Missouri, Michael Keck, Tonya (Michael) Thompson, Lindsey (Matt) Gray all of Muskegon; 12 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters: Dawn (John) Kulesza of Muskegon, Mardella (Yunus “Mo”) Khan of Bay City, MI; sister-in-law, Kitty Keck of Muskegon; and many well-loved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Danny and Terry Keck. A CELEBRATION OF ROGER’S LIFE will be held 11:00 AM Friday, April 29, 2016 at the Wolf Lake United Methodist Church with Rev. Susan Hagans officiating. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place in Egelston Twp. Cemetery. Memorials to the Wolf Lake United Methodist Church Memorial Fund will be appreciated.
