Roger Allen Allison's Obituary
Mr. Roger Allen Allison, age 68, passed away Tuesday afternoon, December 14, at a local care facility. Roger was born January 26, 1942 in White Cloud to Ford and Ruth (Totten) Allison. He was the owner and operator of Allison’s Auto Body for many years until retiring in 1993. Roger also loved to restore cars as a hobby. On July 6, 1991, he married the former Nancy Glore and she survives him along with his daughter, Sharon Murphy of Auburndale, FL; step son, Steven (Brenda) Glore of Muskegon; 6 grandchildren, Patrick Murphy, Leah Hansen, Slade, Pierce, and Tayden Glore; and special friends, Shirley, Dave, Janet, Dennis, Chris, Rob, Morgan, Lisa, Scott, Matthew, Roger Lamrock, Marc Matheny, and Ron Burghduf. Thanks to all who helped in his care. He was preceded in death by a son, Ford; his father and mother; and a brother, Larry Allison. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 2PM Monday December 20, 2010 at Oak-Crest Church of God (1540 Leonard St.) with Pastor Mike Prins officiating.
