Roger H. Klinger's Obituary
Mr. Roger H. Klinger, age 69, passed away Friday evening, July 8, 2005 in Muskegon. He was born March 16, 1936 in Muskegon to Harold and Evelyn (Vegter) Klinger, and lived almost all of his life in this area. He retired from Air Master Systems, and previously worked at Browne Morse Co. He belonged to the Northside SnoVets, and attended First Evangelical Lutheran Church. On November 13, 1959 he married Sharon K. Peterman. SURVIVORS include his wife Sharon; 2 sons, Daniel Klinger of Muskegon, Donald (Cindy) Klinger of Muskegon; 2 granddaughters, Katy and Lindsey; 4 brothers, Tom (Sharon) of Spring Lake, Jack (Carol) of Grand Rapids, Chuck (Judy) of Muskegon, Jerry (Lois) of Muskegon; 1 sister, June (Fred) Hall of Spring Lake; 2 sisters-in-law, Marueen (Dave) Merritt of Grant, Char Meloche of Muskegon; 1 brother-in-law, Ed (Betty) Meloche of Tipton, IN; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and wonderful friends. SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at First Evangelical Lutheran Church, with Rev. William Uetricht officiating. Burial will follow at Laketon Township Cemetery. VISITATION at Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 737 Apple Ave. (231) 726-5210, will be from 6-8 PM Tuesday, and 1 hour prior to the service at church.
