Ronald "Jack" Frick's Obituary
Ronald “Jack” Frick, age 88, passed away Monday, November 4, 2019 at his home in Roosevelt Park. He was born December 10, 1930 in Muskegon to C. Neil and Virginia (Wieber) Frick and was a lifelong resident. On July 8, 1950, he married Jean R. Witkowski in Muskegon and she preceded him in death on October 12, 2001. Jack worked as a machinist for Teledyne-Continental Motors and retired in 1993 after 42 years. Jack coached youth sports in Roosevelt Park for many years. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He is survived by 5 children, Jack (Mary) Frick, Barbara (Allan) Lowe, Tom (Debbie) Frick, David Frick, Dan Frick; 10 grandchildren, Chris, Michael, Megan, Allan, Tom, Casey, Dana, Jonathan, Neil, Cadie; and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Frick, his parents, and 1 brother, Neil Frick, Jr. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM Friday, November 8, 2019 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church (150 E. Summit Ave.) with the Rev. Fr. Norman P. Droski presiding. Visitation will be held one hour prior to Mass, 10-11 AM Friday in the Victor Miller Room at Sacred Heart where the Rosary will be prayed at 10:00 AM. Entombment will take place at St. Mary’s Mausoleum. Memorial Contributions may be directed to Sacred Heart Catholic Church Memorial Fund or the Harbor Hospice Foundation.
