Ronald J. Kadelsik's Obituary
Mr. Ronald John Kadelsik, age 77, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 18, 2021. He was born on January 3, 1944 to John and Christine (Buikema) Kadelsik in Muskegon. Ron was a graduate of Reeths-Puffer High School and Michigan Tech University. A lifelong resident of the area, Ron married the former Robin J. Hoekenga on December 6, 1969 and she survives him. Ron enjoyed spending as much time outdoors as he could, hunting and more importantly, fly-fishing with friends and family. When he wasn’t fly-fishing, Ron could usually be found driving his tractor around his farm, typically with a bag of sweets with him. Ron and Robin enjoyed working on glass work projects and more recently, taking drives together. Ron will be missed by his wife of 52 years, Robin; siblings, John Kadelsik and Deb (Tom) Kane; children, Joe Kadelsik and Jessica Kadelsik; grandchildren, Blake, Kye, Adam, Alana, and Jazmine; favorite uncle of many nieces and nephews; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Private Family Service will be held at this time with a Public Gathering in the springtime. Arrangements by The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444. Please feel free to visit the family’s online guestbook at www.sytsemafh.com.
