Ronald "Ron" Leslie Kline's Obituary
Ronald “Ron” Leslie Kline, age 88, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2025 at Trinity Health – Muskegon Campus. He was born February 12, 1937 in Grand Haven, MI to Leslie E. and Bessie C. (Winter) Kline and lived in the area most of his life. Ron worked over 30 years in the Printing & Editing Department of The Muskegon Chronicle and retired from there in 1988. He later worked at Lappo Lumber and retired from there in 1996. He was an avid car enthusiast and enjoyed attending car shows and cruise-ins on the weekends. Survivors include his niece, Christina (fiancee, Mark Lansell) Miller; best friend, Chavo Lopez; daughter-in-law, Cindy Kline; and 2 grandsons, Jonathon (Jenn) Kline and Nicholas Kline. He was preceded in death by 2 children, Michelle Kline, Michael Kline; his parents, Leslie and Bessie Kline; 1 sister, Phyllis (Wayne) Miller; and 2 good friends, Harvey Johnson and Seymour Barahl. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, August 8, 2025 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444, with Pastor Aaron Gregory officiating.
