Ronald L. Stewart's Obituary
Mr. Ronald Lee Stewart, age 75, passed away unexpectedly Monday, September 22, 2014. He was born May 12, 1939 to Albert and Ethel (Parker) Stewart. On June 27, 1959 he married the former Carolyn H. Smith who survives him along with their three children, Mike (Ellen) Stewart, Dwain Stewart, and Michelle (Scott) Green; 16 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; his brother, Dale Stewart; and several nieces and nephews. He worked at American Coil Spring for 44 years before retiring. Ron enjoyed fishing, football, racing, and spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Wanda; brother, Fredrick; nephew, Jon; and sister-in-law, Bonnie Stewart. A CELEBRATION of LIFE will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, September 25, 2014 at The Sytsema Chapel 737 Apple Avenue 231 726-5210 with Pastor John H. Brown officiating. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association.
