Ronald J. Roundhouse's Obituary
Mr. Ronald J. Roundhouse, age 57, passed away unexpectedly Friday morning, January 1, 2010. He was born April 24, 1952 in Muskegon to Hipe and Wilma (Johnston) Roundhouse. Mr. Roundhouse was a U.S. Navy Veteran and enjoyed watching sports, hunting, fishing, and gardening. He worked for Nicholas Plastics for 10 years before retiring. On November 3, 1973 he married the former Dora J. Gauthier in Muskegon and she survives him along with 3 sons, Paul Roundhouse of Ravenna, Herbert Roundhouse of Muskegon, Thomas Roundhouse of Ravenna; brother, Herman Roundhouse of Ravenna; 2 sisters, Joyce Roundhouse, Cindy (Kevin) Dausman both of Ravenna; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers, Jerry, John, and Huey Roundhouse; and sister, Arlene Allen. SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at The Sytsema Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Ave. (231) 726-5210 with Rev. John H. Brown officiating. Burial will be in Sunrise Memorial Gardens. VISITATION with the family will be from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Tuesday. MEMORIALS to the American Cancer Society will be appreciated.
