Roscoe B. "Bud" Frutchey's Obituary
Roscoe B. “Bud” Frutchey, passed away at the age of 95 on Thursday, January 30, 2025. He was born December 26, 1929 in Hart, MI to Roscoe and Kathleen (Pierce) Frutchey. On October 25, 1959, he married Wanda Jennie Schinzel. Roscoe was a member of Lake Harbor United Methodist Church. He enjoyed golfing, reading and watching golf and football on TV. His passion for woodworking and cabinetry led him to becoming a carpenter and owning Frutchey Construction Company, which he owned for 35 years until his retirement in 1995. Survivors include his loving wife of 66 years Wanda J. Frutchey; 2 children, Wayne (Karen) Frutchey and Mark (Suzanne) Frutchey; 2 stepchildren, Sandra (James) Childers and Eugene Ouelette; 2 grandchildren, Erin Frutchey and Eric Frutchey; and 1 sister Virginia Lee Gale.
