Mrs. Rose Kathryn Mahoney's Obituary
Mrs. Rose Kathryn Mahoney, age 95, passed away on Friday January 23, 2015. She was born on October 5, 1919 to Phillip and Mary Miszewski. She married Charles Mahoney in 1939. She was a retiree of the Mona Shores custodial staff, retiring in 1981. Rose was also a charter member since 1947 of AUX 668 of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. She was a strong-willed, dependable woman who loved her home and family. She is survived by her 3 children, Sandra (Ronald) Fuller, Jacklyn (Paul) Brotcke and Janice (Leo) Moore; 9 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; brothers, Edward, James and William (Teresa); and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles (1959); parents; 2 sisters; and 5 brothers. A MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will take place on Friday February 6, 2015 at 11AM at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church 495 South Getty Street. VISITATION will be held 1 hour prior to the start of the service. Memorial Contributions can be made to Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.
