Mrs Rose Marie Munson's Obituary
Mrs. Rose Marie Munson, age 74, passed away Monday, May 25, 2015 at a local hospital. Mrs. Munson was born October 14, 1940 to John P. and Blanche G. (Fixel) Murar in Grand Haven. On December 16, 1977 she married Lowell Victor Munson at Sacred Heart Catholic Church where she was a longtime member. Rose enjoyed spending time with her family. Along with her husband, Lowell, of 37 years, she is SURVIVED by her children, Laurie and Sue Murar, and Michael Munson, all of Muskegon; grandsons, Matthew and Marcus Murar; great-granddaughter, Ma’kyah Rose Murar; her brother, Richard Murar; and several nieces and nephews. Rose was preceded in death by her parents and great-granddaughter, Arieal La’Shay Murar. A MEMORIAL MASS will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 E. Summit Ave., with Rev. Fr. Antony Britto presiding. A private family graveside service will held earlier at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
