Rosemarie Kreuter's Obituary
Mrs. Rosemarie Kreuter, age 85, passed away July 27, 2022 at Sanctuary at McAuley. She was born in Muskegon on October 3, 1936 to Anthony and Agnes (Farkas) Gerencer. Rosemarie was a talented artist, was a kind, loving, caring and gentle person. She was totally devoted to her husband, soul mate and love of her life, Robert Kreuter whom she married on May 23, 1986. Robert preceded her in death on June 25, 2011. She had been employed at Dresser Industries and retired from West Michigan Office Interiors in 2001. Rosemarie had a deep faith and trust in God and was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church and Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Surviving are her sisters, Catherine (the late Rich) Szymanski, Delores Fairfield and Shirley (the late Jack) Veen, all of Muskegon; her three step-daughters, Debra Kreuter who resides in Los Angeles, CA, Lori Kreuter and Kim Kreuter of Muskegon and step-son-in-law, Steve Clifford. She was “Grandma Rose” to Joseph and Matthew (Kayla) Clifford; and “Aunt Rosie” to many special nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family will be Friday, August 5, 2022 from 12:30pm to 2:30pm at The Sytsema Chapel, Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 737 Apple Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442. Graveside Service will be August 5, 2022 at 3:00pm at the St. Mary’s Mausoleum, next to her husband. MEMORIALS can be directed to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or Harbor Hospice.
