Rosemary Paparella's Obituary
Rosemary Paparella (Pastucha), age 80, of Muskegon, MI passed away peacefully on August 13, 2021. She was born March 10, 1941 and raised in Muskegon, graduating from the first 4-year graduating class at Muskegon Catholic Central High School. Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents, May and Stephen J. Pastucha who she will be joining in heaven.
Rosemary was a long time, dedicated independent Mary Kay consultant, devoted cursillista of the Cursillo Movement, DeColores EnChristo Ministries, and St Clare Fraternity member of the Secular Franciscans Order at St. Anthony of Padua.
Loving mother of seven children: Tom (Beth) Paparella, Theresa (Arthur) Paparella, Catherine (Fred) Bartuch, Matt Paparella (partner Neeta), Mike (Cindy) Paparella, Tony (Heather) Paparella, and Marybeth Dame; father of their children Vince Paparella; fond sister of Steve (Joy) Pastucha and Josephine (Tony) Coraci; 16 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 19, from 5 – 8 PM at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey Street St, Norton Shores, MI 49444 (231)-798-1100. The Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, August 20 at 11 AM at St Mary’s Catholic Church, 406 E. Savidge, Spring Lake, with visitation from 10 – 11 AM. Burial will be at Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Muskegon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Franciscan Missions or Harbor Hospice Foundation.
