Rosemary E. Ryan's Obituary
Mrs. Rosemary E. Ryan, 73, passed away Friday evening, September 9, 2016 in Muskegon. She was born April 22, 1943 to Homer J. and Mary (Conetz) Archambeau in Muskegon. Rosemary worked for Harbor Industries for 38 years before retiring and was very active with the carpenters union while there. She was also a charter member of the Fruitport Eagles and a lifelong member. She liked to travel spending winters in Arizona and summers in Michigan. What she enjoyed most though, was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was married to Eugene Ketchum, who preceded her in death in 1990. She later married James E. Ryan on August 7, 1992, and he survives her along with 7 children, Ray (Julie Jenkins) Ketchum, Tom (Susan) Ketchum, James Ketchum, Lori Ketchum, Jill Marie (Lori Lind) Ryan, Jodi (Thomas) Olds, James E. (Kelly) Ryan II; 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Richard (Bernice) Archambeau, Edward (Patrica) Archambeau, and 1 sister, Cheri (James) Brimmer. A celebration of Rosemary’s life will be held on Sunday, September 25, 2016, at the Fruitport Eagles at 1:00 PM with a luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the Johnson Family Cancer Center in memory of Mrs. Ryan. You may visit the family’s online guestbook at www.sytsemafh.com.
