Roxie Ann Zukiewicz's Obituary
Roxie A. Zukiewicz, age 80, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, May 14, 2026, in Twin Lake, MI. She was born to Theodore Sterling Sprouse and Lucy Johnson on September 30, 1945, in Waynesboro, VA. Roxie married George Zukiewicz, on August 28, 1965, in Waynesboro, VA. and they were fortunate to spend 60 years together, raising a family. Roxie worked at their family-owned business, Orion Machine Inc., as a bookkeeper for nearly 40 years. She enjoyed sewing, working in her flower gardens, cooking, and spending time with family. She enjoyed 4-H with daughters and they were members of 4-H for 13 years where they participated in the Muskegon County Fair yearly. Christmas was her favorite holiday, she enjoyed decorating the house and entertaining the family during this time. She is survived by her husband: George Zukiewicz; children: Victoria Zukiewicz, Rhonda (Rick) Hart, Jessica Zukiewicz; grandchildren: Ethan Harris, Morgan Harris, Natalie Sprouse-Studabaker, Tanner Lofquist; sister-in-law: Paige Johnson (Waynesboro Virginia). She was preceded in death by her parents: Theodore Sterling Sprouse and Lucy Johnson; daughters: Georgia Zukiewicz, Andrea Zukiewicz; brother: Rodney Johnson.
