I worked at steel supply and engineering.. I started there when I was 33 now I'm 59. I loved toy. He would come down to the shop and talk to me like I was his friend . 8 was afraid at first. Here come this older big shot from the office I wonder was he'd going to say to me . I was just w welder . He came and started talked with senserity. About my family and it I have any kids and how am I doing. Coming from someone we smart as roy and as a great business guy I was so surprised. Most the time those types of people never talked to me or acted better then me. Not roy 8 really respected ros and we stayed that was untill he retired. I was there 31 years. Rest in peace.
