Mrs. Ruby Denise Sapp, 63, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, May 5, 2016 in Montague. She was born September 12, 1952 to George and Vada “Lois” Slade in Frenchburg, Kentucky, and lived in the Montague area for many years. Ruby retired from Hackley Hospital as an Executive Secretary, and was an avid reader. She is survived by her husband Jay; 2 children, David Caswell and Terri Lynn (John) Panzarella; 2 grandchildren, Brooke Lynn and Weston; her mother Lois; 3 brothers, Norman, Ted and George; 3 sisters, Edna, Julie and Angie.
