Rudolph L. "Rudy" Nelson, Jr.'s Obituary
Rudolph L. “Rudy” Nelson Jr., age 88, passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at Heartwood Lodge in Ferrysburg, MI. He was born on January 4, 1935, to Rudolph and Wanda (Suchon) Nelson Sr., in Muskegon. Rudy served his country in the U.S. Army. He worked as a manager for Meijers throughout Grand Rapids prior to his retirement in 1989. Rudy even ran his own antiques shop called, The Time Machine and enjoyed collecting clocks and calendars. SURVIVORS include his sister, Ramona (Terry Sharp) Fyan; many nieces and nephews and special friend, Harold. He was preceded in death by his parents and five sisters, Dee Gary, Betty Giddings, Linda Brink, Roberta Potter and Rita Pickering.
