Ruth M. Bussing's Obituary
Ruth M. Bussing, age 89, passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at the Leila & Cyrus Poppen Hospice Residence. She was born May 2, 1933, in Muskegon, Michigan to Allen and Clara (Zielinski) Worthing. Ruth graduated from St. Joseph Catholic School. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and most recently attended St. Gregory’s Episcopal Church. Ruth loved being around her family, gardening and was an avid bowler. She also had a heart for animals and was known to feed the various animals that roamed her yard. Ruth will be missed by her children, Barbara (Rex) Sterling, Robert (Karen) Bussing Jr., and Rhonda (David) Holtrop; and 10 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at 11am on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at St. Gregory’s Episcopal Church, 1200 Seminole Road, Muskegon, MI 49441.
