Ruth A. Warren, age 80, passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Mercy Hospital. She was born on December 12, 1941 to Laurin and Frances (Graham) Berghuis in Muskegon. Ruth was a member of Wolf Lake United Methodist Church. Pr Read Obituary

Our hearts are broken on the passing of our dear friend, Ruth. We have so many precious memories.
We first met Ruth and Dave while teaching at Carr School years ago. I was blessed to share so many shopping trips to Chicago, Grand Rapids and local towns together. We ate breakfast together before school and spent our lunch times together. We always had Christmas dinner out somewhere during the holidays so our husbands could catch up on life and Ruth and I would talk about our families. Our Red Hat ladies have enjoyed priceless laughs together with Ruth ever since we began our club together after retirement. Wes will miss Ruth's phone call each Veteran's Day. She never forgot to call and thank him for his service. I will especially miss our long phone conversations.
We are holding each of you close to our hearts through our many prayers for peace and comfort. She was a wonderful friend and will be greatly missed.
I haven’t seen Ruth in years. But in growing up in our high school years and many after she was my best friend. I moved away and we lost touch. I’m sending condolences to her family with many memories of all. A sad time for many who knew her. A lovely, dedicated lady.
