RuthAnna A. Oliver's Obituary
RuthAnna “Tanna” Oliver, age 67, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2010 in Muskegon. She was born October 7, 1943 to Ernest and Elsie (Johnson) Geeting in Muskegon, and lived most of her life here. Tanna worked at Walmart for almost 20 years, before retiring. She attended Calvary Church in Fruitport, enjoyed drawing, watching movies, crafts, and just being with other people. Most of all, she loved her family. SURVIVORS include 3 children, Corinna (Chris) Clark of Zeeland, Vikki (Billy) Ulrich of Rocky Point, NC, Kevin Oliver of Grand Rapids; 3 grandchildren, Alyssa and Heather Beck, Logan Clark; brothers and sisters, Ernie (Jane) Geeting of Kalamazoo, Lorraine (Russ) Heistand of Venice, FL, Pearl (Andrew) Redding of Muskegon, Elaine Moyer of Nokomis, FL.; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers, Jim Geeting, Russ Geeting, Raymond Geeting, Ira Milks, and sister Florence Geeting. SERVICES will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 11, at Calvary Church in Fruitport. Burial will take place at Mona View Cemetery. VISITATION will be 1 hour prior to the service.
