Samuel W. "Sam" Wymer, Jr.'s Obituary
Mr. Samuel “Sam” W. Wymer, Jr., age 78, passed away unexpectedly Monday morning, May 2, 2011. He was born May 29, 1932 in Muskegon to Samuel and Eva (Douglas) Wymer, Sr. Mr. Wymer worked for Lift-Tech for 42 years before retiring in 1995. He was also a member of the Army National Guard. On October 31, 1950 he married the former Dawna M. Irwin in Muskegon and she survives him along with 2 sons, Rodney (Valerie) Wymer, David Wymer; 7 daughters, Nancy (Dave) Marsh, Toni Wymer, Shelley Morehead, Joanne (Steve) Bellinger, Carol (John Anthony) Wymer, Robin (Tim Theodore) Fetterhoff, Dianne (Rick) Neer; 31 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and one brother, Dick (Rose) Wymer. He was preceded in death by his parents; and 2 sisters, Beatrice Welch and Lorraine Edwards. A FAMILY GRAVESIDE SERVICE will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Egelston Twp. Cemetery.
