Sandra "Sandy" Lee Miller's Obituary
Sandra Lee “Sandy” Miller, age 48, passed away Monday, March 26, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was born on December 18, 1969 in Muskegon to David and Bonnie (Baldwin) Freeman, and resided in the area all her life. Sandy previously worked as an Executive Assistant at ADAC in Muskegon, administration for Yale Equipment, and most recently for Campbell Elementary School. She first and foremost loved her kids and family. Sandy enjoyed being up north at the lake, loved taking pictures, being out in nature, and was always thinking of others. On April 18, 2011, she married Andrew “Andy” Miller, and he survives her along with two children, Justin Strieder and Makenzie Miller; mother, Bonnie Carpenter; sister, Chris (Steven Jr.) Chase; two brothers, John (Kristie Hall) Freeman and Chad (Sheri Lee Damm) Freeman; one niece; five nephews; in-laws, Ed and Sue Miller; special friend, Alyssa Wiederhoeft and many others. Sandy was preceded in death by her father, David Freeman. A Celebration of Life will be Thursday, April 26, 2018 at The Event Center at Fricano Place (1050 W. Western Ave. Suite 201) from 5-8PM. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in Sandy’s name to the Johnson Cancer Center, or future college expenses for Makenzie will be appreciated (checks can be made out to Andy).
