Sandra Smrcina's Obituary
Mrs. Sandra S. (Walker) Smrcina, age 64, passed away Sunday, December 25, 2011 in Muskegon at the Harbor Hospice Poppen Residence. She was born January 19, 1947 to John H. and Geraldine M. (Clements) Walker in Muskegon, and was a life resident. She was the office manager at Carmichael Heating and Air Conditioning before retiring in 2009, and enjoyed playing bingo, puzzles, reading, and sewing. SURVIVORS include 3 children, Susan Jo (James) Baker of Battle Creek, Thomas J. Jr. (Dianne) Smrcina of Whitehall, Timothy D. Smrcina of Muskegon; 9 grandchildren, Jenna Baker, Brett Baker, John Gibbs, Brenden Gibbs, Michael Smrcina, Carley Smrcina, Ashley Smrcina, Macaully Smrcina and Savannah Smrcina; 1 great-grandchild, Ava Gibbs; 2 brothers, Steven R. (Nancy)Walker of Nunica, Frank J. (Dee) Walker of TX; 1 Sister, Linda Walker and her dear friend Beverly David. She was preceded in death by her parents; 4 brothers and sisters, Roxanne M. (Walker) Schlattman, John H. Walker, Jr., Carolyn J. (Walker) Lambert, and Edward C. Walker. A Celebration of Sandra’s life will be held at First Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1206 N. Whitehall Rd., Muskegon, MI 49445 on January 19, 2012 between 6:30-8:30 PM. You may sign the family’s online guestbook at www.sytsemafh.com.
