Sara L. Bogdanski's Obituary
Sara L. Bogdanski, age 38, passed away Friday, November 27, 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Rapids following a brief illness. She was born January 7, 1982 in Butler, PA to Jeffrey and Cheryl (Grabbe) Bogdanski and lived in the Muskegon area since 2012. Sara worked as a Family Court Specialist for the District Court in the County of Muskegon where she helped countless women secure their child support benefits. Throughout her career, she worked tirelessly in her quiet and gentle way to fight for justice for the most vulnerable people. Sara was a lover of all animals and volunteered many hours making toy mice for the Faithful to Felines Cat Rescue. She also fostered many dogs in need for the Midwest Shiba Inu Rescue. Sara will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her father, Jeffrey Bogdanski; her sister, Elizabeth (Jason) McGough; her niece, Norah McGough; her maternal grandparents, Robert and Rita Grabbe; 1 uncle, Robert Grabbe; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother, Cheryl Bogdanski in 2014; her paternal grandparents, Fredrick and Helen Bogdanski; 1 aunt, Denise Graham; and 1 uncle, Robert Bogdanski. In keeping with Sara’s wishes, there will be no services.
