Scott D. Tice's Obituary
Scott David Tice, age 60, of Muskegon, left this earthly life on September 21, 2022, after a long battle with kidney disease, and is now with our Savior. Scott was born on November 1, 1961, in Muskegon, to Nancy Lou Fulton (Montney-Tice) and the late Robert Lee Tice. He leaves behind a loving wife, Pamela Tice; two step-sons: Chad (Liz) Brackett of Fruitport and Robbie Brackett of Muskegon; five grandchildren: Tessa, Taylor, Braxtyn , Bailey, and Chance; mother, Nancy Fulton of Paris; four siblings: Robin (Lonnie) LaMadline of Paris, Robert (Roxanne) Tice of Traverse City, and Kathie (Tom) Frontjes of Grant, and Wendy (Jason) Chupp of Paris; many aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews; and his dogs: Max and Axel. Scott graduated from Orchard View High School and attended Muskegon Community College. He was employed for many years as a CNC Operator, worked in the construction field and was a business owner. Scott enjoyed racing RC cars, hunting, fishing, woodworking, going to the casino with his wife and sister Robin, spending time with family, especially his grandchildren who held a special place in his heart. He was gifted in making beautiful wood ornaments and has ornamented most of our Christmas trees over the years, which is very memorable and special to us all. Scott was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Betty L. Montney, paternal grandparents George and Opal Tice, who helped raise Scott, and his father and mother-in-law Robert and Patricia Lynn. A FUNERAL will be held for Scott at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI, 49444. VISITATION will be taking place an hour prior. In lieu of flowers, please consider contributing towards the family’s funeral expenses.
