Sharon Lee Beimers' Obituary
Sharon Lee Beimers, age 84, of Spring Lake, Michigan, met her savior face to face on Monday, September 9, 2024. She was born in Porter, Indiana on July 21, 1940 to Charles and Alice (Thode) Bross. Sharon was employed by Enviro Clean prior to her retirement in 2010 and had previously been employed as a Supervisor of Engineering and Environmental Services for Ferguson Hospital. She loved her family deeply. As a child, she enjoyed taking trips to her grandparents with her dad, she was supportive and nurturing to her children, and later in life, she found great joy in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sharon enjoyed reading her Bible, watching and feeding birds, camping, and taking her kids to the beach when they were young. She loved flowers, especially morning glories, and was known to plant flowers around her kid’s mailboxes. She is survived by three children, Kimberly (Cherilyn Denomme) Beimers, Kirk (Ruthann) Beimers, and Shannon Beimers; daughter-in-law, Pam Beimers; 12 grandchildren, Tim (Annie) Beimers Jr., Brett (Janelle) Beimers, Luke (Laura) Beimers, Jordan (Kelly) Beimers, Caleb (Hannah) Beimers, Amber (Brett) Meyer, Joshua (Jenny) Beimers, Shelby (Mark) Docter, Kyle (Catherine) Beimers, Jacob Beimers, Bradley Felker, and Austin (Kathryn) Felker; 33 great-grandchildren and three on the way; brothers, Ron (Jan) Bross, Ken (Sue) Bross, and Frank (Dorothy) Bross; sisters, Diana Jones, Charlyce Krieger, Patsy Bernia, and Norma Grooms; and many nieces and nephews. Sharon was preceded in death by the father of her children, Kenneth M. Beimers; her son, Timothy Beimers; granddaughter, Cassandra Beimers; sisters, Joyce Holt, Marlene Sorget, and Sandra DePagter; and brothers, Charles Bross, Darrell Bross, and August Bross. A CELEBRATION OF HER LIFE will be held 11:00 AM Friday, September 13, 2024 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444. VISITATION with her family will be from 9:30-11:00 AM on Friday at The Lee Chapel. Burial will be in Spring Lake Cemetery.
