Sharon Kay Gentz's Obituary
Sharon Kay Gentz age 73, of Ravenna, MI died Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Lakewood Nursing Home in Muskegon surrounded by her loving family.
Sharon was born on October 31, 1944 in Ravenna, MI to the late Mervin and Esther (Baker) Grabe. She married Dennis Herbert Gentz on June 29, 1968 in Kent City, MI.
Sharon is survived by her Husband of 50 years: Dennis H. Gentz of Ravenna, 3 Daughters: Karen (Mitch) Taylor of Allendale, Martha Beckwith of Wolf Lake and Brenda (Michael) Kalmbach of MN. 4 Grandchildren. 1 Sister: Joann Grabe of White Cloud and 2 Brothers: Harold and Donald Grabe both of Ravenna. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by: Parents, 2 Brothers: Roger and Arnie Grabe. 1 Sister: Mary White.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 11:00am at the Throop Funeral Home of Ravenna with Pastor Carl Black officiating. Burial will be at the Ravenna Township Cemetery.
The family will be at the Throop Funeral Home of Ravenna on Monday, October 15, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Again on Tuesday 1 hour prior to the service.
