Sharon L. Morse's Obituary
Sharon Leone (Farwig) Morse, born January 6, 1949, in Muskegon, MI and passed on to her rewards on January 15, 2025. She was the daughter of Bud and Virginia Farwig and sister of Sally Farwig. They passed on to Heaven earlier. She leaves behind her husband, David; dog, Sasha; six children, Helen Marshall, DeOnna (Karen) Cross, Brandy Wright, Aron (Tammy) Cross, Andrew (Nicole) Cross and Carrie (Robert) Kops; 12 grandchildren, Adam, Jacob, Katrina, Dakota, Sophia, Tylar, Chase, Zach, Kyler, Noah, Robert and Ryan; and two great-grandchildren, Savannah and Magnolia-Raye.
Grandma “Mo” loved them all. She had several brothers and sisters from her lifetime church-Community of Christ. She was a 4-H leader for 15 years and bowling member of one of the Northway Senior Leagues. Sharon was also a member of Oakridge Golden Eagles Senior Club. She married David Morse on December 15, 2019. They shared a love of God together.
Sharon lived in Muskegon all her life, attended Dangl school, Orchard View High School and graduated as a registered nurse from Muskegon Community College Nursing Program.
A Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Community of Christ Church, 2671 Ducey Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442, with visitation one-hour prior at church. A Visitation with the family will be held from 6-8:00 PM on Friday, January 17, 2025, at The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 737 E. Apple Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442.
