Mrs. Sharon Lynn Patronik's Obituary
Mrs. Sharon Lynn Patronik, age 66, passed away unexpectedly Sunday evening, April 21, 2013, at a local hospital. Sharon was born November 7, 1946 to Ivan R. and Beverly (Hall) Martin in Muskegon. On December 30, 1967, Sharon married Richard Patronik and he preceded her in death on June 13, 2012. Sharon was a homemaker who also volunteered for many organizations. While in Kansas with her family, she headed up the Santa’s workshop at Ft. Riley and was also involved with the Special Olympics. While in Germany, she worked at a ceramic store and continued to enjoy ceramics as a hobby. Sharon was a member of the Muskegon Exchange Club. She also enjoyed playing bingo and an occasional trip to the casino. Sharon was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be deeply missed. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Stacy (Mark) Sorensen and Cassandra Patronik of Allendale; grandchildren, Kylee and Kyra Hinzman and Robert and Andrew Sorensen; great grandchildren, Andrew lll and Arianna Sorensen; brother-in-law Michael Patronik of Chicago, IL; her aunt by marriage, Lillian Groesch; a niece, Jennifer (Bill) Street; and a nephew, Brian (Sue) Patronik. In addition to her husband Richard, Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and mother and father in-law, Nancy and Jerry Patronik. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 11:00 AM Friday, April 26, 2013 at Covenant Community Church (134 E. Barney , Muskegon Hts.) with Pastor Mark Bush officiating. VISITATION will be Thursday evening from 6-8 PM at
