Sharon B. Rogers' Obituary
Sharon Barbara Rogers, age 79, beloved matriarch, has gone to be with her Lord and Savior. Sharon passed away peacefully, with her family by her side on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. She was born on February 11, 1942 to John and Helen Sangster in Detroit, MI. On September 29, 1973, Sharon married Clyde “Chuck” Rogers and he preceded her in death in 1982. Sharon was an excellent cook and helped prepare many dinners with Chuck for the Muskegon Moose Lodge, which she was a member of. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and keeping up with current events and politics. Sharon simply adored and was adored in return by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by her children, Harold (Lou) LaBelle, Mark LaBelle, Robyn (Charles Jenkins) Beaune, and Tracy LaBelle; special family friend, Nanette Trowbridge; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and brother and sister-in-law, Barbara Sangster and Charles Sehi. Along with her husband, Chuck, Sharon was also preceded in death by her siblings, Jerry Sangster and Beverly Tucker. Per Sharon’s wishes, a private family burial will take place at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sharon’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Arrangements by The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 S.
