Sharon L. "Shari" Wolffis' Obituary
Sharon Lee “Shari” (Hoch) Wolffis, age 56, passed away Friday, February 27, 2015 after a courageous battle with A.L.S. Shari was born February 16, 1959 in Traverse City, MI. She had been a waitress for Russ’ Restaurant in North Muskegon and Mr. B’s for many years, attended Cornerstone Free Methodist Church and participated in De Colores at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, but most of all loved spending time with family. On November 16, 1974 she married James Arthur Wolffis in Traverse City, MI and he survives her along with 4 sons: James A. (Barbara Lidke) Wolffis, Jr., Justin Wolffis, Jason (Samantha Storck) Wolffis, Jacob (Jennifer) Wolffis; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; mother, Anna Blonshine; father, Thomas (Carissa) Blonshine; 2 brothers: Gregory Hoch, Thomas Blonshine; 2 sisters: Annette Worden, Debbie (James) Stagg; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Kellie Hoch. A CELEBRATION OF SHARI’S LIFE will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Cornerstone Free Methodist Church, 8833 Holton Rd., Holton, MI 49425, with a luncheon to follow.
