Mrs. Sharyn Lynn Ray's Obituary
Mrs. Sharyn L. Ray, age 68, passed away August 12, 2012. She was born in Fort Wayne, IN on April 21, 1944 to Chester and Mildred (Justice) Anderson. Sharyn was a longtime resident of Muskegon. She married Jimmie C. Ray Sr. on June 9, 1962 and they enjoyed 50 years together. She was the “Lunch Lady” for many years at Orchard View Middle School and more recently a housekeeper at the Belaire Motel until retirement. Sharyn enjoyed watching birds and playing the slot machines. She is survived by her husband, Jimmie; son, Jimmie C. (Lori) Ray Jr.; daughter, LaTonya (Lee) Hall; grandchildren, Courtney Ray, Heather Ray, Alexander Hall, Noah Hall; special friend, Nancy Decker. She was preceded in death by her parents.
