Sherree Neumann's Obituary
Sherree Neumann of Muskegon, MI - mother, daughter, sister, wife and, quite simply, a truly beautiful soul - passed away on Monday, September 14, 2020 from complications regarding a heart episode. Sherree was born to parents Kenneth and Doris Schultz on July 1, 1959 in St. Joseph, MI. She was a graduate of St. Joseph High School where she developed her incredible eye for art & creation as well as her love for the Lake (Michigan). On March 31, 1984 she married David Neumann of St. Joseph and became the true love of his life for the next 36 years. Throughout her life, Sherree was numerous things: Earth mother, plant enthusiast, day care provider, handy woman, set designer were just a few of her myriad talents. She was also an avid hiker - where her love of waterfalls was unparalleled. And, maybe above all else, Sherree was a real "Helper" - anytime, any place, any circumstance - and a true friend to so many she encountered. Sherree is survived by her husband, David -- her four children, Andrew (Ashley), Michael, Steven and Jessica -- her mother, Doris Schultz -- her sister, Michele Prachar -- and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth. Plans for a memorial service for Sherree are pending. In lieu of flowers, please consider any memorial or contribution to our U.S. National Park System or the Michigan State Parks.
