Sherri E. Walker's Obituary
Sherri E. Walker, 74, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2024, in Pickerington, OH. She was born February 26, 1950, to Roger and Mary (Stowers) White in San Antonio, TX, and moved to the Muskegon area in her early childhood. She was a member at Fellowship Church in Muskegon and enjoyed reading, camping, going to deer camp to cook for her boys, and most all she loved her family. On October 26, 1969, she married Timothy E. Walker, Sr., and he preceded her in death on January 2, 2023. Survivors include two sons, Tim (Kelly) Walker, Jr., Brian (Anita) Walker, four grandchildren, Audrey, Joel, Eli, and Emma. She was also preceded in death by her sister Linda White, and brothers Dale White and Gary White. Sherri had dear lifelong friends, Dan and Marva Farber, Dick and Juanita Stuhan and Greg and Beth Golliver. A service to remember and celebrate Sherri’s life will be held Friday, October 11, at 11:00 AM at The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 737 E. Apple Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place at Egelston Township Cemetery. Contributions in memory of Mrs. Walker may be made to Fellowship Church 4220 E Apple Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442.
