Sherwood "Tom" Nickisch's Obituary
Mr. Sherwood “Tom” Nickisch, age 49, passed away unexpectedly at home on December 18, 2013. Tom was born November 21, 1964 to Sherwood C. and Paulette (Shaver) Nickisch in Muskegon. He was a member of the Muskegon Area Amateur Radio Group. On January 17, 1997 he married the former Patricia “Tricia” Fralick and she survives him along with their children, Amber Zimmer, Sierra Shawl, Melissa, Jacob and Emily Nickisch; granddaughter, Brezlynn Lilly; mother, Paulette (Jim) Rush; father, Sherwood (Linda) Nickisch; brothers, James (Cindy Lou) Rush, Steven (Monika) Phelps and Ryan Nickisch; sisters, Wendy (Robin) Stone, Heather (Tim) Streit, Tammy (Jason) Talley, Amanda (Rick) Jennings and Lindsey (fiancée, Mark) Nickisch; mother-in-law, Donna Miles and sister-in-law, Cyndi (Mark) Alexander. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, December 21, 2013 at The Sytsema Chapel 737 Apple Avenue 231 726-5210 VISITATION will be one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family.
