Shirley Ann Barnhard - Hart's Obituary
Mrs. Shirley Ann (Barnhard) Hart, age 80, passed away Monday, August 13, 2012 at Pinewood Retirement Home. She was born on June 27, 1932 to A.J. and Marguerite (VanWestenburg) Oosting in Muskegon and was a life resident. Shirley had worked as a secretary for 18 years at Senior Resources. She was a passionate Tigers fan and enjoyed bowling. SURVIVORS include 5 children, Cheryl (Jim) Scott, Kevin (Barb) Barnhard, Mark Barnhard, Leann Phipps and Warren (Karin) Barnhard; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Barb DeLora; brothers, Kenneth (Jackie) Oosting and Ronald (Linda) Oosting. Shirley was preceded in death by 2 spouses, Kenneth Barnhard and Bob Hart and sons, Greg and James Barnhard. FUNERAL SERVICE will be 11:00 AM Saturday, August 18, 2012 at The Sytsema Chapel 737 Apple Ave. 231-726-5210 with Pastor Josh Swieringa officiating. VISITATION with the family will be 6-8PM Friday and one hour prior to the service. MEMORIALS to the Alzheimer Association would be appreciated. Burial will take place at Laketon Township Cemetery.
