Shirley J. Gallagher-Clark's Obituary
Shirley J. Gallagher Clark, age 83, passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2015. She was born March 22, 1932, to Joseph and Genevieve (Rynberg) Regeczi in Muskegon. She retired in 1995 from North West Liberty Mutual Insurance. Shirley was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church. She always enjoyed reading in her spare time. She married John “Jack” Gallagher and he preceded her in death in 1971. In 1978, she married Mitchell Clark and he preceded her in death in 1988. Shirley was also preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Richard and Ronald Regeczi; nephew, Jeffrey Regeczi; and niece, Rhonda Regeczi. SURVIVORS include sister, Donna Flickema; brother, Robert (Wendy) Regeczi; sisters-in-law Carol Regeczi and Berdena Regeczi; uncle, Michael Regeczi; nieces and nephews; and special friend, Richard Thompson. A special thank you to the staff at Bush Creek Manor for the compassionate care given to Shirley. Mass of Christian Burial will take place 11:00 AM Saturday, September 19, 2015, at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church (3252 Apple Ave.) with Rev. Fr. Antony Britto presiding. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior to the service. MEMORIALS to the Loaves & Fishes Catholic Charities of West Michigan. Burial will take place at Lakeside Cemetery.
