Shirley A. Haney's Obituary
Shirley A. Haney, 82, of Norton Shores passed away November 30, 2014. She was born January 26, 1932 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Elmer and Elsie Smith. Shirley married Louis P. Haney on April 14, 1956. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. Shirley is survived by her children, Ronald Haney, Lou Ann (Gary) Knuppenburg, and Joan (Scott) Sanborn; grandchildren, Rachel, Erin and Brooke Knuppenburg, and Atherton and Samantha Sanborn; brother, Robert (Sharon) Smith; sister, Joan Harris; and her special friend Donna Burkall. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held on Friday, December 5, 2014 at 11:00AM at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey Street (231-798-1100). Visitation will be held an hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Norton Cemetery.
