I'm so sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. My heart is broken for you. I remember being a kid and staying over your house. Aunt Shirley had made a lemon cheesecake and I think that was the first time I feel in love with a dessert that wasn't chocolate :o) It was my all time favorite dessert as a kid.
